What happens when my trial ends? ▾
Your account switches to read-only mode. You can still log in and view your past recordings, shows and schedules, but no new recordings will be made until you subscribe.
What stream formats does StationRecord support? ▾
StationRecord records from any Icecast or Shoutcast stream — the standard format used by the vast majority of online radio stations. If your station streams online, it almost certainly works with StationRecord.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
How does SoundCloud and Mixcloud uploading work? ▾
You connect your SoundCloud and Mixcloud accounts from the Connections page in your dashboard. Once connected, StationRecord automatically uploads each completed recording to your chosen platforms — no manual action required.
What if I run more than one radio station? ▾
Each station needs its own StationRecord account. Contact us if you're managing multiple stations and we can discuss a multi-station arrangement.
